4. Reason for collecting personal data
Personal data information is needed for delivering service orders, for invoicing, collection, contacting, customer enquiries, service development, reporting, marketing, and other actions necessary for managing accounts. Personal data is processed within the limitations decreed by the Personal Data Act.
5. Contents of register:
Basic customer data:
Place of employment, first name and surname, address and phone number information, email address, language code, title, and information on marketing licenses and restrictions.
Information collected during the account:
Transactions in each channel, and other relevant grouping data.
Additional information concerning the web shop customers:
User ID, payment details, personal interests.
6. Regular sources of information:
Basic information on the customers is collected based on their service orders, phone calls, or other similar transactions that are reported to the keeper of the register during the customer relationship. Updating of the name, address or death information is done based on the information received from the customers or their networks, and is reported to register keeper.
In addition to the company’s own customer register, Prewise Oy utilises several commercial registers. In terms of direct marketing, the source of address information is mentioned in the message.
7. Disclosure of register data:
Customer register data is not disclosed to third parties. Prewise Oy is, however, allowed to disclose the data to authorities within the regulations decreed by law.
8. Protection of register data:
Prewise Oy customer register is confidential. The register is duly protected by fire walls and other technical precautionary measures to prevent outside access.
Register is only accessed by people assigned to use the register data. Each user has a personal user ID and password. All users of the register are bound by professional secrecy.
9. Checking personal data in the register:
According to the Personal Data Act customers who have personal data in Prewise’s register have the right to check their own information.
