Updated 4.3.2011 General information These terms and conditions apply on purchases made through Prewise Oy’s non-customer facing channels including the web shop, phone, fax, post, or any other medium. Prewise Oy reserves the right for price changes. Prices All prices announced here are exclusive of VAT. VAT of 23% is added in the charge. Prewise Oy reserves the right for price changes or changes in the terms of payment given in purchase details. Ordering Products are ordered either at our web shop or from number +358 10 286 3000. Orders are delivered both inside and outside Finland. Customers commit to complying with the current terms of delivery concerning each order. Should there be any problems in the ordering process, necessary information is immediately provided for customer by email. To be able to place an order, customers will need to disclose detailed contact information including name, address, phone number and email address information. Corporate customers will need to disclose the name of a contact person, phone number and email address, postal address, and invoicing address when necessary. Prewise reserves the right to changes in the estimated delivery times without prior notice. Confirmation of the order Customer receives an order confirmation email after placing an order successfully.
Right to decline an order
Prewise holds the right to decline orders where necessary. Payment Corporate customers are allowed to choose either invoicing or credit card payment. Private customers are to pay by credit card. If the selected payment method is invoice, an invoicing fee of 5 Euros per invoice will be added. Terms of payment is 14 days. Delivery time Products are delivered within 1-3 days from placing the order. Returning policy Customers have the right to return purchased products within fourteen (14) days after delivery according to the Finnish consumer protection policy. Returned product has to be unused. If you want to return a product, we ask you kindly to contact Prewise Oy first. Customer register Name and contact information of web shop customers are stored in the customer register of Prewise customer register. The usage of the register data is described in the register report. Validity The terms of agreement are valid for the time being. Prewise Oy has the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Should such changes take place, information will be provided on Prewise Oy’s web pages. Governing law and disputes This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Finnish law. Possible disputes are resolved in the Helsinki district court. Consumers also have the right to institute proceedings in local district courts, or file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Board. Other information Prewise Oy is not liable for spelling or calculation mistakes or system errors on its website. Should such errors cause any problems, Prewise Oy is not liable for delivering products to customers due to faulty information. In such cases, customer will decide whether to accept a new product order in which all the information and terms have been checked and are accurate. Copying and publishing texts and articles that appear on Prewise web shop pages are forbidden without express consent.
